Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by emailing support@phonecasefinger.com.
• After this window, the order may already be in process and cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Returns:
• You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund:
• Email support@phonecasefinger.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
• We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
